Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, supply chain, construction, or related field.
• 5–7 years in contract management, procurement, or commercial management.
• Hospitality, gaming, construction, real estate, or large-scale development experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, governance, and best practices.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering complex agreements.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems.
• Analytical, organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and close-out.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Development, IT, Gaming, and Hotel Operations departments.
• Review terms to identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Maintain oversight of obligations, milestones, renewals, and compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and deliverables.
• Develop a centralized contract repository with accurate records.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on contract status, renewals, compliance, and risk.
• Support negotiations with vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers.
• Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and variations with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and efficiency.
• Mentor and support Contract Services team members.
• Ensure confidentiality of all contractual and company information.
• Participate in meetings, providing advice on contract-related matters.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, multicultural work environment.
