Job summary

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) in Dubai is seeking an ACES Continuous Improvement program Manager to lead process improvements across 3P stores. The role focuses on PDCA/Kaizen, standardization, and tech tool adoption within a fast-growing fulfillment network.

The candidate will own the L&D framework with ROW GSF teams and drive new tech rollouts to enhance customer experience in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support UFG operations team to make continuous improvements and standardization across 3P stores.
• Act as SME in fulfillment tech and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Coordinate Kaizen events and cross-functional projects for successful implementation.
• Design and own the L&D framework—collaborating with ROW GSF L&D teams.
• Own the rollout of new tech/systems to improve customer experience.
