Job summary

Amazon Now operations in the UAE seeks an ACES Specialist to drive process excellence and optimize store operations. You will lead readiness and compliance checks, identify gaps, and support new store launches with data-driven decisions.

You will audit 4M/5S standards, monitor metrics, and provide on-ground support for escalations across AUH stores, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth pilots and process launches.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience communicating complex concepts in writing and speech.

Do you want to be part of a newly formed organization that is designing and launching new business models across MENA? If so, Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Operations is looking for an experienced ACES Specialist with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking to hire an ACES Specialist, UFG who will drive process excellence within our Amazon Now business. You will contribute to the optimization of our store operations, providing teams with knowledge and tools to improve performance.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. You will creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams to enable overall process alignment. Your ability to influence through change, while using data to drive decisions, will ensure your success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

Were seeking a ACES Specialist for our Amazon Now operations. In this role, your responsibilities will be to:

• Conduct audits (4M, 5S) across Abu Dhabi Anow Stores

Basic Qualifications:

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
• Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure, or experience in software development
