Job summary

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Operations in Abu Dhabi seeks an ACES Specialist to drive process excellence and optimize store operations. You will build knowledge tools to improve performance, support pilots and new processes across AUH stores, and engage stakeholders to align the operation with business goals.

Rooted in data, you will conduct audits, monitor metrics, and address gaps to ensure smooth launches and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• 1+ years in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience communicating complex concepts in writing and verbally.
• Experience managing time, meeting goals, and coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes.

Do you want to be part of a newly formed organization that is designing and launching new business models across MENA? If so, Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Operations is looking for an experienced ACES Specialist with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking to hire an ACES Specialist, UFG who will drive process excellence within our Amazon Now business. You will contribute to the optimization of our store operations, providing teams with knowledge and tools to improve performance.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. You will creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams to enable overall process alignment. Your ability to influence through change, while using data to drive decisions, will ensure your success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

• Conduct audits (4M, 5S) across Abu Dhabi Anow Stores
• Monitor key metrics and enforce process standards for store operations.
• Support new store launches with readiness audits and go-live compliance checks.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve delivery performance.
• Provide on-ground support for operational escalations at Abu Dhabi sites.

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
• Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
• Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure, or experience in software development
