About the Role: Senior AI Project Manager Location: UAE (On – Site) Experience - 8+ years (Minimum) in Project Management within UAE & GCC markets Arabic proficiency is mandatory for this role. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives across UAE and GCC clients. This role requires a strong mix of project delivery, product thinking, technical understanding, and excellent client-facing leadership. The ideal candidate is UAE-based, has led end-to-end delivery for complex tech programs, and has hands-on experience managing AI-driven solutions and custom application development.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Leadership
   • Lead, manage, and deliver enterprise digital transformation projects from inception to go-live.
   • Own delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client expectations.
   • Build and maintain detailed project plans, charters, and execution strategies.
2. Product & Project Management Excellence
   • Drive the entire lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure.
   • Define scope, sprint plans, release plans, WBS, timelines, and resource allocation.
   • Apply Agile methodologies to ensure predictable and timely project delivery.
3. 3 3. Technical Leadership
   • Oversee and guide the implementation of:
   • AI-driven solutions
   • Custom Web Applications (. NET, modern frameworks)
   • Mobile App Development
   • Share Point-based solutions
   • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
   • Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with client needs.
4. Client-Focused Solution Delivery
   • Work closely with clients to translate their requirements into actionable technical solutions.
   • Customize low-code/no-code and custom-built applications to deliver measurable business outcomes.
   • Maintain strong stakeholder communication across C-level, business teams, and technical units.
5. Cross-Functional Team Leadership
   • Collaborate with architects, tech leads, developers, QA, and Dev Ops to ensure aligned execution.
   • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap sessions.
   • Remove blockers and ensure high-performance team culture.
6. Strategic Planning & Roadmaps
   • Create product roadmaps and transformation strategies for multi-industry customers.
   • Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative digital solutions.
7. Risk Management & Governance
   • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints.
   • Maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation strategies early.
   • Ensure compliance with regional standards, data policies, and security frameworks.
8. Profitability & Performance Management
   • Track and manage budgets, margins, KPIs, burn rates, and project financials.
   • Optimize resource utilization to maximize value delivery and profitability.
9. Collaboration & Communication
   • Maintain strong communication between internal teams, clients, partners, and leadership.
   • Present project updates, dashboards, and performance metrics with clarity and precision.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certifications
• Experience working with government entities in UAE or GCC
• Understanding of Arabic/English stakeholder environments
• Experience delivering multi-year transformation programs
