Delphi Consulting in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior AI Project Manager to lead enterprise digital transformations across UAE and GCC clients.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management in UAE/GCC, hands-on AI and custom app development, and strong stakeholder leadership, with Arabic proficiency mandatory.

This on-site role requires delivering across scope, schedule, cost, and quality while guiding cross-functional teams through Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in UAE/GCC.
• Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience leading AI-driven solutions.
• Experience delivering multi-year transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital transformation projects from inception to go-live.
• Own delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client expectations.
• Create detailed project plans, charters, and execution strategies.
• Drive the lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure with Agile practices.
• Define scope, sprint plans, release plans, WBS, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee AI-driven solutions, custom web applications, mobile apps, SharePoint, Power Platform.
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and remove blockers.
• Present updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
