Job summary

Tanqeeb, a Dubai-based AI product company, is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of its enterprise AI products for government and corporate clients. You will bridge customer, product and engineering teams, shaping requirements into actionable plans and driving execution from design through production launch.

The role requires strong technical grounding, proven delivery of complex enterprise tech projects, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Technical Project Manager - AI Product Company

Dubai

I'm supporting a fast-growing technology company in Dubai that is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of its proprietary AI products across enterprise and government customers.

This is not a traditional PMO role.

You will sit between the customer, product and engineering teams, taking ownership of projects from initial requirements and solution design through implementation, integration, testing and production launch.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise AI products
• Work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements
• Translate requirements into clear delivery plans for engineering teams
• Coordinate developers, AI engineers, architects and product teams
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems, APIs and data platforms
• Own timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication
• Support UAT, deployment, launch and adoption
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders across the UAE and internationally

What we're looking for:

• Background working directly for a technology or software product vendor
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology implementations
• Strong technical or engineering grounding
• Comfortable working closely with software engineering teams
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management capability
• Previous Middle East experience
• Experience working across international projects
• Willingness to travel into Europe when required
• Currently based in the UAE

Location: Dubai, with regular client-site work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
