Project Manager - AI & Enterprise Technology

We are partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to appoint an experienced Project Manager who will lead the implementation of complex AI and enterprise technology solutions for major organisations across the GCC.

This is a highly client-facing position at the intersection of technology, business and delivery. You will take ownership of projects from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, integration, launch and handover.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and enterprise technology solutions
• Manage requirements, scope, implementation, testing, deployment and handover
• Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans, milestones and technical workstreams
• Coordinate developers, AI/ML engineers, product teams, solution architects and client stakeholders
• Manage integrations with CRM, ERP, data platforms, APIs and other enterprise systems
• Own project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager or Technology Consultant
• Experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, AI, automation, CRM, ERP, data or similarly complex technology solutions
• Strong preference for candidates with vendor-side experience delivering solutions to enterprise or government clients
• Confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and resources
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where requirements may initially be ambiguous
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are essentialCandidates must currently be based in the UAE
