Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience in UAE/GCC, deep AI project experience, and on-site presence in the UAE with Arabic proficiency mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in UAE & GCC markets.
• Arabic proficiency is mandatory for this role.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven solutions and custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital transformation projects from inception to go-live.
• Define scope, sprint plans, release plans, WBS, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure predictable, timely delivery.
• Oversee AI-driven solutions, cloud- and web-based applications, and SharePoint/Power Platform projects.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication across C-level, business teams and tech units.
• Create roadmaps and strategies, identify risks, and monitor RAID logs.
