Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead enterprise digital transformation across UAE and GCC, on-site. The role requires 8+ years in project management within UAE & GCC, Arabic proficiency, and hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions and custom application development.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships at C-level, define scoping, timelines, risks, and governance, and ensure secure, scalable platforms using .NET, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience within UAE & GCC markets.
• Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on with AI-driven solutions and custom app development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise digital transformation projects from inception to go-live.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Apply Agile methodologies to predictable delivery.
• Provide strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee technical delivery across .NET, web, mobile, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery.
