Job summary

National Consulting Office for Engineering in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to strengthen delivery capacity on a 24-month government AI program. You will run assigned workstreams and use-case waves inside the AI Program Management Office, tracking delivery against designs and managing defects and rework.

This full-time, on-site role starts at client activation with a confirmed start date once the client approves.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management on technology projects, with 2+ years on AI, data, or automation deliveries.
• PMP certification is required; PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run assigned workstreams or use-case waves from design gate through UAT to release.
• Track system integrator delivery against accepted designs; manage acceptance defects and rework.
• Maintain workstream plans, RAID entries and progress reporting into the PMO rhythm.
• Coordinate across architecture, security and analysis so gates are met on schedule.
• Deputize for the AI Program Manager in delivery meetings when required.
