Job summary

Leading Global Consulting Firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant/Manager to lead CRM and Salesforce transformation programmes for public sector clients. The role focuses on defining CRM strategy, customer journeys and transformation roadmaps, translating requirements into Salesforce solutions, and coordinating with delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has strong consulting background, UAE/GCC public sector exposure, and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• CRM transformation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Public Sector / Government experience.
• Senior Consultant or Manager level.
• Strong consulting background (Big 4, tech, strategy or management consulting).
• Understanding of CRM strategy, customer journeys, business processes and digital transformation.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Arabic would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and Salesforce transformation programmes for Public Sector / Government clients.

We are supporting a leading global consulting firm looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager – CRM & Salesforce to join a major Public Sector digital transformation programme in the UAE.

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring the right combination of CRM transformation + Salesforce + Public Sector/Government consulting experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support and lead CRM and Salesforce transformation programmes for Public Sector / Government clients.
• Define CRM strategy, customer journeys, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with Salesforce technical, architecture and delivery teams throughout implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with government and senior client stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

The following 3 areas are MUST-HAVE:

In addition, we are looking for:

• Experience at Senior Consultant or Manager level — this is not a Senior Manager/Director-level position.
• Strong consulting background, ideally within Big 4, technology, strategy or management consulting.
• Good understanding of CRM strategy, customer journeys, business processes and digital transformation.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Previous UAE/GCC Public Sector experience would be a strong advantage.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• Arabic would be an advantage.
