Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of strategy and transformation initiatives across government entities and priority sectors
• Conduct detailed analysis, research, and problem-solving to inform policy development, strategic direction, and executive decision-making
• Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and structured recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, coordination, and execution across complex programmes
• Contribute to programme governance, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring delivery against defined objectives
• Support stakeholder engagement across government entities, ensuring effective communication and alignment on key initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Background within leading consulting firms such as MBB or Tier 2
• Proven experience working on public sector engagements in the UAE
• Exposure to healthcare-related projects is advantageous but not essential
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
