• Provide end-to-end architectural ownership and technical governance for the enterprise Salesforce CRM ecosystem.

• Design and build advanced Salesforce customizations utilizing Flows, Screen Flows, Apex, and REST/SOAP API integrations.

Detailed Job Description

As the Salesforce Tech Lead / Implementation Lead in Abu Dhabi, you will serve as the primary technical authority responsible for driving our digitalization mandate and embedding Salesforce as the single source of truth for event management, stakeholder engagement, and operational reporting. Your daily responsibilities will encompass designing complex Flows, Screen Flows, Apex triggers/classes, REST/SOAP API integrations, data modeling patterns, and Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement / Pardot) strategies. You will oversee agile project delivery, manage stakeholders, ensure strict adherence to UAE data residency and NESA compliance, and mentor technical teams.

• Mandatory residency/work authorization: Locally available candidates in the UAE are preferred.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills
