We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for a Strategy Consultant to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.

This role is suited to a highly analytical and execution-focused professional who can support the development of strategies, conduct in-depth analysis, and contribute to the delivery of high-impact programmes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful organisational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and assessments to identify improvement opportunities across strategic and operational areas
• Support the development of strategies, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
• Contribute to the delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for senior leadership
• Engage with stakeholders across government entities and partner organisations to support alignment and execution
• Support programme governance, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
• Contribute to performance monitoring frameworks and reporting processes

Requirements

• Experience within a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or Tier 1, e.g., Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Strategy&)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking
• Experience supporting strategy development and transformation initiatives
• Exposure to customer experience or service transformation initiatives is advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
• High attention to detail and strong execution capability
