Auxo Talent is supporting a leading global consulting firm in Dubai to hire an experienced Senior Consultant/Manager – CRM & Salesforce for a major Public Sector digital transformation programme in the UAE.

The role focuses on CRM transformation, Salesforce delivery, and government-sector consulting expertise, requiring engagement with UAE/GCC public sector stakeholders and senior client leadership.

Qualifications

• Public Sector / Government consulting experience.
• Senior Consultant or Manager level experience; not Senior Manager/Director.
• Strong consulting background (Big 4/tech/strategy).
• Knowledge of CRM strategy, customer journeys, business processes, digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and Salesforce transformation programmes for Public Sector / Government clients.
• Define CRM strategy, customer journeys, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with Salesforce technical, architecture and delivery teams during implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with government and senior client stakeholders.
• Support implementation and optimisation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Manage workstreams, project activities, stakeholders, risks and deliverables.
• Prepare client presentations, recommendations and transformation proposals.

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring the right combination of CRM transformation + Salesforce + Public Sector/Government consulting experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and lead CRM and Salesforce transformation programmes for Public Sector / Government clients.
• Define CRM strategy, customer journeys, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with Salesforce technical, architecture and delivery teams throughout implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with government and senior client stakeholders.
• Support implementation and optimisation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Manage workstreams, project activities, stakeholders, risks and deliverables.
• Prepare client presentations, recommendations and transformation proposals.

What We’re Looking For

The following 3 areas are MUST-HAVE:

Public Sector / Government experience

In addition, we are looking for:

• Experience at Senior Consultant or Manager level — this is not a Senior Manager/Director-level position.
• Strong consulting background, ideally within Big 4, technology, strategy or management consulting.
• Good understanding of CRM strategy, customer journeys, business processes and digital transformation.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Previous UAE/GCC Public Sector experience would be a strong advantage.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• Arabic would be an advantage.
