Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks an experienced project leader to manage end-to-end delivery of a high-value construction project in Dubai. You will guide scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to align with client expectations and the company’s strategic goals.

The role requires 12–15 years of large-scale construction experience, certification such as PMP/PRINCE2, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a rigorous environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12 to 15 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a high-value construction project, aligning with objectives and client expectations.
• Ensure progress according to schedule and within budget, meeting programme timelines and financial constraints.
• Oversee all aspects of project scope, including high-rise residential or commercial components, ensuring quality.
• Develop and execute a delivery strategy aligned with AFEC’s plans.
• Set up processes and controls for timelines and resources, optimizing delivery and cost-efficiency.
• Establish risk management processes to identify, assess and mitigate risks affecting timelines, quality or profitability.
