Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Construction in Dubai to lead end-to-end delivery of a major construction program. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, and site delivery, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, approved scope, and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate has 12-15 years of experience in large-scale construction, with strong scheduling and cost-control capabilities using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale construction project ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivery strategy.
• Manage scope across high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use components while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and implement delivery plans to support milestones, resources, cost efficiency, and business objectives.
• Monitor progress against schedule and identify delays for recovery actions.
• Oversee budget management, cost forecasting, and financial controls to protect profitability.
