Job summary

Confidential UAE Holding Group seeks a Senior Construction Manager to oversee multiple high-profile projects across real estate and infrastructure in the UAE. The role requires strong leadership, deep regional experience, and a track record of delivering complex, fast-track developments on time and within budget.

You will work with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to meet quality, cost, and time objectives while upholding the group\'s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• GCC/UAE experience is essential, with high-end mixed-use or hospitality projects preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years in construction with at least 5 years in senior site management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors on schedules, procurement, and deliverables.
• Lead development of WBS, construction methodologies, and phasing plans; ensure alignment of structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Monitor contractor performance, review changes, and support procurement and tender evaluations.
• Enforce UAE codes, authority approvals, and internal quality standards; manage HSE adherence.
• Provide leadership to site teams, report progress and risks to senior management, and coordinate with design consultants.
