Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Construction Engineer to provide construction support across the project life cycle, ensuring alignment with fabrication and installation specs. You will coordinate with the client, review design packages, and chair constructability reviews to deliver safe, cost-efficient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has proven safety leadership, 5+ years in oil & gas offshore construction management, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Provide construction support and ensure work follows client fabrication and installation specs.

• Chair constructability reviews and interface with client for fabrication/construction queries.
• Promote cost reduction and productivity initiatives during construction.
• Ensure content of workpacks meets scope requirements.
