Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an on-brand personalized arrival and departure experience.
• Maintain guest ledgers with accuracy and integrity.
• Contribute to a high Guest Voice loyalty through recognition and efficiency.
• Ensure brand standards compliance and achieve high inspection scores.
• Assist in upselling and promoting hotel services and restaurants.
• Communicate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Room Service teams.
