Job summary

ALEC Holdings in the UAE is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to shape reward programmes and ensure competitiveness across a multinational construction group. You will manage compensation structures, market benchmarking, and benefits analytics, partnering with People & Culture to support growth and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or related HR discipline.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits policies in line with ALEC frameworks.
• Support compensation structures, grading frameworks, and market analysis.
• Conduct salary surveys, benchmarking, and market analysis to stay competitive.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and benefits review cycles including communications and reporting.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies.
