Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Specialist - People Rewards to design, deliver and govern competitive, equitable rewards programs in Abu Dhabi. The role covers compensation, benefits, job evaluation, rewards analytics and governance to attract, retain and motivate talent while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or economics is required.
• 6–10 years of experience in People Rewards, total rewards, or related fields.
• Experience supporting annual compensation and incentive cycles.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures, job architecture, and market benchmarking.
• Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Attention to governance, controls and confidentiality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support salary structures, pay ranges and progression frameworks aligned with job architecture.
• Coordinate annual compensation and salary review cycles.
• Provide guidance on market positioning and internal equity.
• Conduct pay and workforce analysis to identify equity risks.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to ensure proper role evaluation.
• Support benefits benchmarking and market reviews.
• Administer short-term incentives and recognition programs.
• Coordinate annual incentive processes and communications.
• Analyze incentive outcomes and cost impact.
• Maintain job evaluation records and governance documentation.
• Develop and maintain People Rewards policies and SOPs.
• Prepare rewards dashboards and analytics.
• Support market compensation surveys including job matching.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to ensure governance and execution.
