This position plays a strategic role in strengthening employee value propositions and organizational performance through effective reward management. The selected professional will partner with leadership teams to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business priorities while improving transparency and consistency across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Reward Director to design, review, and enhance group-wide compensation and reward programs
- Ensure reward strategies align with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to maintain fair and competitive compensation structures
- Manage compliance of compensation programs with labor laws, regulations, and internal governance policies
- Provide strategic and operational reward guidance to assigned business units across Majid Al Futtaim Properties
- Support annual compensation reviews, salary planning, budgeting, and incentive program implementation
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and data‑driven insights for reward decision‑making and continuous improvement
- Lead capability‑building initiatives through workshops, training sessions, and reward toolkits for HR and business leaders
- Strengthen job evaluation frameworks, compensation governance, and policy standardization
- Ensure effective use of HR systems including SAP or similar HRIS platforms for reward operations
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or another numerate discipline
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in reward, compensation, or total rewards management
- Strong experience within large, matrixed organizations handling complex compensation structures
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, benchmarking, and incentive programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret compensation data and business impact
- Proficiency in SAP or similar HRIS systems is required
