WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive – Commercial and Strategy to coordinate corporate engagement initiatives and strengthen talent attraction across the Middle East.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Finance, Real Estate, Economics.
Background in economics, business and strategy.
Passion and training for real estate development, financial feasibilities, and strategic ideation.
Financial modelling skills.
Strong PowerPoint/visualization skillset.
Strong presentation skills.
Management / coordination skills and general leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver corporate engagement, employer branding and stakeholder partnership initiatives to strengthen talent attraction, workforce development and organizational visibility.
Use engagement insights and programme data to recommend improvements and support internal and external relationships.
