Responsibilities

• Support the development of land pricing models and pricing proposals for masterplans.
• Assist in preparing financial feasibility models for new and existing developments.
• Provide analytical support for pricing recommendations related to land plots and customer land requests.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Support the development of land pricing models and pricing proposals for existing and proposed masterplans
• Assist in preparing financial feasibility models for new and existing developments
• Provide analytical support for pricing recommendations related to units land plots and customer land requests e g additional GFA land leasing
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to support pricing and commercial decisions
• Collect validate and maintain internal and external market benchmark data
• Prepare market intelligence reports and analytical summaries for management review
• Coordinate and support external valuation exercises for land units and developments
• Maintain and update a database of external valuations to support decision‑making
• Liaise with internal stakeholders Commercial amp Strategy Urban Planning Infrastructure to support tracking of landbank status and availability
• Assist in preparing landbank inventory reports and periodic status updates
• Support the development of landbank strategy through data analysis and reporting
• Maintain organized records and contribute to regular performance and analytical reports
• Support asset sales and JV partnership activities including due diligence documentation and valuation analysis
• Perform preliminary analysis of investor proposals and summarize key findings
• Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency data quality and reporting standards
• Adhere to company policies procedures and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

• Background in economics, business and strategy
