Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate – Real Estate Strategy to join the Deals team in the region. You will build financial models, run market studies, and shape investment roadmaps for developers and PE funds, while engaging investors and delivering actionable client insights.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in strategy/consulting within real estate or investment environments, with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or RICS a plus).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy or consulting experience, real estate/hospitality/leisure or private equity exposure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or RICS-credential is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, reporting and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for mixed-use real estate developments across asset classes.
• Perform development appraisals and financial analysis to support client strategies.
• Design and implement corporate strategies, business plans and investment roadmaps.
• Engage external investors and conduct market studies and area program assessments.
• Leverage data insights to deliver client solutions and recommendations.
• Support written reports with analysis, findings and recommendations.
• Deliver complex projects while building trusted advisor capabilities.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, training and team development.
