Job summary

WhiteCrow Research in Dubai is seeking a Senior Executive Corporate Engagement to lead universities, government entities and partnerships within Human Capital priorities.

You will coordinate employer branding, internships, graduate programmes, and workforce development, while tracking outcomes and reporting to management. The role requires strong stakeholder management and programme governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing or PR.
• Fresh graduates may be considered; up to 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in corporate engagement, stakeholder relations, employer branding, events or communications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver corporate engagement, employer branding and partnerships to strengthen talent attraction and workforce development.
• Use engagement insights and data to improve internal and external relationships.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and community initiatives to raise visibility.
