Job summary

WhiteCrow Research seeks a Senior Executive – Commercial and Strategy in Dubai to coordinate land pricing, pricing proposals, and market benchmarking for masterplans and developments. You will work with Commercial & Strategy, Urban Planning, and Infrastructure teams to align pricing with asset plans.

You bring an economics/business/strategy background and strong leadership to drive data-driven insights, financial feasibility modelling, and external valuations while supporting landbank strategy

• Passion and training for real estate development, financial feasibilities, and strategic ideation.
• Management / coordination skills and general leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support land pricing models and pricing proposals for masterplans.
• Assist in preparing financial feasibility models for developments.
• Provide analytical support for pricing recommendations (units, land plots, etc.).
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support pricing and commercial decisions.
• Collect, validate, and maintain market benchmark data.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and analytical summaries.
• Coordinate external valuation exercises for land, units, developments.
• Maintain database of external valuations for decision-making.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to track landbank status and availability.
• Assist in landbank inventory reports and periodic status updates.
• Support landbank strategy through data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain organized records and contribute to performance reports.
• Support asset sales and JV/partnership activities, including due diligence.

As a Senior Executive – Commercial and Strategy, you will be responsible for...

• Supporting the development of land pricing models and pricing proposals for existing and proposed masterplans
• Assisting in preparing financial feasibility models for new and existing developments
• Providing analytical support for pricing recommendations related to units, land plots, and customer land requests (e.g. additional GFA, land leasing)
• Conducting market research and benchmarking analysis to support pricing and commercial decisions
• Collecting, validating, and maintaining internal and external market benchmark data
• Preparing market intelligence reports and analytical summaries for management review
• Coordinating and supporting external valuation exercises for land, units, and developments
• Maintaining and updating a database of external valuations to support decision-making
• Liaising with internal stakeholders (Commercial & Strategy, Urban Planning, Infrastructure) to support tracking of landbank status and availability
• Assisting in preparing landbank inventory reports and periodic status updates
• Supporting the development of landbank strategy through data analysis and reporting
• Maintaining organized records and contribute to regular performance and analytical reports
• Supporting asset sales and JV / partnership activities, including due diligence, documentation, and valuation analysis
• Performing preliminary analysis of investor proposals and summarize key findings
• Contributing ideas to improve process efficiency, data quality, and reporting standards
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
