• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance, Finance, Real Estate or Economics.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and data visualization.
• Excellent presentation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of land pricing models and pricing proposals for masterplans.
• Assist in preparing financial feasibility models for new and existing developments.
• Provide analytical support for pricing recommendations related to land plots and customer land requests.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analyses to back pricing and commercial decisions.
• Coordinate and support external valuation exercises for land units and developments.
• Maintain and update a database of external valuations to aid decision-making.
