Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to lead post-contract commercial management for residential villa and mid-rise projects in the UAE. You will oversee contracts, cost reporting, cash flow, and change control to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing client interfaces, leading commercial teams, administering FIDIC-based processes, and advising on risk, variations, and settlements across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management required.
• Minimum 15 years' UAE/GCC project experience in residential/villa and mid-rise developments.
• MRICS and strong post-contract expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage post-contract commercial activities across multiple projects.
• Provide strategic commercial direction and oversight to project teams.
• Administer cost reporting, cash flow, variations, and final accounts.
• Identify commercial risks, prepare reports, and support settlements.
