Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Contracts Manager for a large residential project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires MRICS/FRICS with 10+ years in major project delivery and expertise in contracts, tendering, and change management.

You will lead commercial activities, review operations across pre- and post-contract stages, and work with the PDO team and PMC to ensure contract compliance and delivery. Experience in multiple regions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (BSc/MSc) MRICS/FRICS with senior-level project delivery experience.
• Expert in reviewing and applying contracts and framework agreements.
• Experience drafting contract particulars, appendices, tender documents and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of change management and project controls.
• 5+ years in USA/Canada/Western Europe plus 5+ years Middle East preferable.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage contractual correspondence; draft responses.
• Lead tender negotiations and contract conditions.
• Assess operations through pre- and post-contract phases.
• Support the PDO team and integrate with the PMC as applicable.
• Deputise for the PDO Commercial Director when required.
