Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a Commercial Manager – Post Contract in the UAE to oversee all commercial aspects of major contracts.

You will proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the lifecycle, lead variation negotiations, and secure favorable outcomes for the organization. The role requires extensive post-contract experience on large-scale projects, strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• 12–15 years UAE/GCC experience in post-contract commercial management.
• Experience with Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding Real Estate.
• Strong track record in variation management and finalization.
• Preparation, negotiation, and close-out of variation claims.
• Commercial correspondence and contractual notices.
• Cost control, CVR, and project commercial reporting.
• Final account preparation and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all commercial aspects of awarded contracts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Lead and negotiate variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Manage the contract payment process including reviewing valuations and issuing payment certificates.
• Resolve disputes to safeguard favorable outcomes for the organization.
