Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UAE seeks a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale Buildings projects. You will manage contracts, assess risk, and support project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds MRICS/FRICS and 10+ years in major projects, with strong expertise in FIDIC/NEC contracts, negotiations, and change management. You will lead contract administration and drive compliant, value-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering, construction management, law, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and commercial roles within road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or other standard forms of construction contracts.
• Proficiency in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review, understand and apply contracts and framework agreements.
• Draft contract particulars and appendices, compile tender documents and negotiate terms.
• Review operations across pre- and post-contract phases (office and site).
• Lead contract administration and management, with focus on risk, value and compliance.
