Job summary

Atkins Realis Group is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of a major Buildings Project in the UAE. You will manage contracts, ensure compliance with legal standards, handle claims and variations, and support project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has MRICS/FRICS, 10+ years in project delivery for large scale infrastructure, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, construction management, law, or related field.
• Experience in contract management and commercial roles in road/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC or other standard construction contracts.
• Proficient in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
