Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a Commercial Manager – Post Contract in the UAE to oversee all commercial aspects of major contracts.

You will proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the lifecycle, lead variation negotiations, and secure favorable outcomes for the organization. The role requires extensive post-contract experience on large-scale projects, strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• 12–15 years UAE/GCC experience in post-contract commercial management.
• Experience with Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding Real Estate.
• Strong track record in variation management and finalization.
• Preparation, negotiation, and close-out of variation claims.
• Commercial correspondence and contractual notices.
• Cost control, CVR, and project commercial reporting.
• Final account preparation and settlement.

We are looking for a Commercial Manager – Post Contract with strong experience in managing commercial and contractual matters for large-scale building projects in the UAE.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12–15 years of UAE/GCC experience in post-contract commercial management.
• Proven experience working on projects with Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding Real Estate.
• Strong track record in:
• Variation management and finalization.
• Preparation, negotiation, and close-out of variation claims.
• Commercial correspondence and contractual notices.
• Cost control, CVR, and project commercial reporting.
• Final account preparation and settlement.
• Subcontract administration and commercial management.
• Sound knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and UAE construction practices.
• Ability to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MRICS / MCIArb membership preferred.
• Experience with major villa, high-rise, and mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting.
