• Proven track record in shaping large, multi-stakeholder client solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales or solution shaping in a commercial services environment.
• Strong ability to articulate value and ROI to C-suite.
• KSA market experience and network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter large client conversations early to articulate needs and shape briefs with senior stakeholders.
• Own the client-facing pitch for shaped opportunities, working with the account sales lead.
• Defend commercial value of well-designed solutions and guide multi-touch learning journeys toward measurable business impact.
• Partner with the KSA Sales Director and UAE teams to align proposals and support priority accounts.
