Senior Client Solutions and Innovation Manager
Senior Client Solutions and Innovation Manager
Senior, Client-Facing | UAE-based | Primary Focus: KSA Market
Role Purpose
Get involved in large client opportunities early, before a brief is fixed, and turn a vague or narrow ask into a bigger, better-designed, cross-business solution driving organizational and leadership excellence and business impact. Look at the client’s need through Biz Group’s full portfolio, not just a learning lens, bringing Learning, Team Building AI and Learning Technology solutions together, build the commercial case for that investment, and connect what the client wants with what Biz Group can actually deliver. This is not a content creation or delivery role; it leads on the most ambiguous, highest-value, multi-part opportunities, anchored in learning journey design
- Reports to Director of Customer Success, Learning & Learning Technology.
- CEO visibility through direct participation in Biz Group sales pipeline meetings, giving the CEO and wider commercial leadership ongoing visibility of shaped opportunities, cross-BU collaboration and market signals — achieved through active presence in commercial forums, not a formal reporting line.
- Works closely Senior Client Solutions and Delivery Manager as well as Learning Tech, Team Building practice leads and the incoming KSA Sales Director.
- UAE-based with primary focus on the KSA market, working in close partnership with the KSA Sales Director, plus UAE support capacity across priority accounts and selected complex opportunities.
Shaping Client Solutions
- Enter large, strategically important client conversations before a brief is fixed, working with senior client stakeholders to help them articulate what they need rather than responding to a specification already written around someone else’s offer.
- Support solutions in client meetings, shaping the brief into a stronger proposal built on Biz Group’s existing IP, modular content and methodology rather than starting from scratch.
- Own the client-facing pitch for shaped opportunities, working alongside the account sales lead, not in place of them.
Commercial Design Credibility
- Defend the commercial value of a well-designed solution in front of senior client stakeholders, articulating why a multi-touch learning journey commands a higher investment than a one-off intervention, and hold that position under pressure.
- Show clients the difference between a programme that gets good feedback scores and one that changes how people work, with real evidence of on-the-job behaviour change and business impact (Level 3 and 4 impact on the Kirkpatrick model).
KSA Market Partnership
- Act as the primary learning design partner for the incoming KSA Sales Director.
- Bring existing KSA market knowledge, client relationships and understanding of how senior decision-makers in the Kingdom respond to well-positioned, complex leadership development propositions.
- Design multi-level, multi-part, multi-year leadership journeys that intelligently combine Biz Group’s capabilities: in-person leadership development, AI labs, coaching, learning circles, VR and experiential simulations, Team Building as a journey launcher or reinforcement tool, and Learning Technology for scale, knowledge lift and evidencing behaviour application.
- Ensure Team Building and Learning Tech are integrated where they genuinely add value to the learning architecture, not bolted on to inflate scope.
AI-Enabled Design Leadership
- Actively embed AI into the design process, using AI tools to accelerate diagnosis, content curation, journey mapping and proposal development, while retaining the human judgement that determines what is right for the client, their context and outcome.
- Bring awareness of how AI is reshaping leadership development globally, including how AI agents, coaching tools, simulations and on-demand reinforcement are changing what a learning journey can include and how impact can be measured.
Market Intelligence & Portfolio Innovation
- Feed patterns from client conversations, recurring briefs, unmet needs, portfolio gaps and win/loss themes, back to Director of Customer Success and the Learning Management team on a regular, agreed cadence.
- Support the identification of new learning design partnerships where there is genuine market need and Biz Group’s existing portfolio doesn’t yet cover it. Future partnerships sourced and introduced by this role may be jointly evaluated and co-onboarded with Senior Client Solutions and Delivery Manager; existing partner relationships remain with that role unless agreed otherwise.
- Drive thinking around new lines of business / cross business unit solutions and productization to build solutions portfolio.
- Contribute design thinking to Biz Group’s flagship products, including the next phase of Supermanagers, built on the Josh Bersin Company’s research on the five priorities of the Supermanager.
- Ensure new products, partnerships and portfolio additions land properly with the commercial team: the right sales collateral (positioning, use cases, pricing narrative, proposal-ready content) exists, and the solutions and sales teams are educated and confident enough to take it to clients unaided.
- Attend Biz Group sales pipeline meetings directly, giving the CEO and commercial leadership visibility on shaped opportunities, client conversation and market trends, and cross-BU solution activity.
Track Record
- Proven experience entering complex client conversations and RFP responses before a brief is written and reframing them into a stronger, higher-value learning solution — this is the defining requirement; experience responding to briefs once fixed is not sufficient on its own.
- A track record of designing multi-intervention leadership development journeys spanning leader cohorts, combining modalities and built around a shared organisational leadership language and measurable behavioural outcomes.
- Experience designing and winning complex programmes in the KSA market, with existing relationships at senior and CXO levels across government, large public and private sector organisations, e.g. PIF entities.
- Before working independently with clients, completes a dedicated immersion period in The Biz Way (Biz Group’s learning philosophy, IP, modular content library, methodology, facilitation approach and team culture), building a strong foundation before stepping into the commercial and client-facing side of the role, which begins once Archana feels you’re ready.
Commercial Capability
- Able to articulate the value and price of a well-designed solution and defend a proposal without discounting under pressure.
- Understands what commercial credibility means in UAE and KSA client contexts; can hold their own with senior decision-makers in unscripted, pre-brief and ambiguous conversations — this is non-negotiable.
- Familiar with structuring a pricing narrative around a multi-touch journey rather than a day-rate model.
Design Thinking
- Commands a sophisticated understanding of how to configure and combine existing content, tools and methodologies into a coherent, high-impact learning arc.
- Understands the interplay between leadership competency frameworks, 360 assessments, coaching, experiential interventions, AI labs and peer learning circles, and when each earns its place in a journey.
- Brings AI literacy into the design process, not as a technology enthusiast but as a practitioner who uses AI tools to work smarter, diagnose faster and personalise more effectively while exercising clear human judgement over what goes in front of a client.
- Capable of designing for Level 3/4 impact, not completion and satisfaction scores alone.
- Collaborative by default, actively partners with peers on remit; comfortable consulting with the Lead Consultant and stepping back, equally comfortable leading the room when the moment requires it.
- Energised by client-facing interactions, present, curious and confident in live, unscripted client conversations.
- Has operated in a pre-sales or solution-shaping capacity in a commercial services environment where influenced revenue, not a direct individual quota, was the commercial model.
- Excited by Biz Group’s ambition and the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of the business in KSA and beyond.
