Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-performance environments.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex client portfolios.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality, performance and retention for the KSA portfolio.
• Escalate and resolve complex client operational issues.
• Lead and develop KSA strategists and analysts.
• Establish accountability, structure and fast execution.
• Manage resource planning and onboarding for new clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Performance, CRM, CRO, SEO, Creative).
