Job summary

Citi in Dubai is seeking a Client Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience within Global Network Banking. You will coordinate onboarding, implementation, credit management, and KYC ownership for a portfolio of clients.

Reporting to senior managers, you will maintain client relationships, manage escalations, and ensure smooth operations across internal teams while supporting origination activities and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client management or related financial services role.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of KYC/AML requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and process-improvement capabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives.
• Support origination activities with RAMs and PAMs.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and post-implementation follow-up.
• Manage credit requests and monitor credit lines.
• Act as KYC owner for a client portfolio and ensure accuracy.
