Responsibilities

Relationship & Origination Support: maintain client relationships and assist origination activities.
Credit Management: coordinate with internal teams and monitor credit lines.
Onboarding & Implementation: own end-to-end onboarding from CRM requests to post-implementation follow-up.
Service Coordination: manage escalations and day-to-day operational flows; track client feedback.
KYC Ownership: oversee Know Your Customer profiles for assigned clients.
