Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and internal partners for origination activities.
• Manage credit requests and monitor lines, escalating exceptions as needed.
• Own end-to-end client onboarding from CRM requests to post-implementation follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for client escalations and day-to-day operational flows.
• Own KYC for a portfolio of clients and maintain accurate client profiles.
