Job summary

Citi in Dubai is seeking a Client Manager in Global Network Banking to deliver a best-in-class client experience and ensure seamless onboarding, credit management, and service coordination for a portfolio of institutional clients.

The role serves as a central contact for clients and internal partners, overseeing KYC ownership and end-to-end onboarding while driving efficiency, accuracy, and strong relationship support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in client management or a related role in financial services (5+ years).
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with client representatives and support origination activities.
• Manage credit requests and monitor credit lines with internal teams.
• Own end-to-end client onboarding from CRM requests to post-implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for client escalations and day-to-day operational flows.
• Act as KYC owner for portfolio clients, ensuring accurate client profiles.
