Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a qualified Civil Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities across premium buildings in Dubai. You will coordinate daily tasks, supervise a 25-person team, and ensure works meet contractual timelines.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will monitor materials, manage stock, coordinate with subcontractors, and uphold HSE and quality standards while supporting commercial activities and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5–6 years of civil maintenance experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily civil maintenance activities across assigned sites.
• Supervise a team of approximately 25 personnel.
• Ensure inspections, repairs, and maintenance are completed within contractual timelines.
• Monitor material consumption and maintain stock records.
• Coordinate with specialist subcontractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare daily and weekly work schedules and progress reports.
• Assist in estimating civil maintenance works and cost inputs for quotations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and tenants.
