Job summary

Interifix Technical Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee multiple facilities. You will coordinate works, supervise site staff and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and report progress to management.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of building systems, budgeting, and leadership with UAE experience. UAE driving license is required; relocation and visa support are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, painting, AC).
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license (Required) and UAE experience.

Responsibilities

Job Opportunity: Home Maintenance Supervisor

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee our facilities' upkeep. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our projects. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective management of maintenance operations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance works according to priorities and plans.
• Manage daily site activities, supervise site labor and subcontractors.
• Inspect sites to ensure adequate manpower and resources.
• Supervise machinery and equipment usage.
• Execute and read drawings, conduct site surveys, manage multiple sites, ensure high-end finishes, control site activities, and report progress.
• Ensure required materials are available one day prior.
• Report project progress to Managers, Engineers, and relevant personnel.
• Analyze plans, survey reports, maps, and other data for project planning and design.
• Minimize material wastage and consider costs, regulations, and environmental factors during planning and risk analysis.
• Implement safety precautions and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site activities.
