TTrychem is seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to join our chemical raw materials sales team in Jafza, Dubai. The role demands a deep technical background in chemical engineering and a track record of 10–12 years in chemical raw materials sales for construction, paints, and coatings within UAE & GCC markets.

You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities and coordinate with R&D and supply chain to meet strategic objectives while maintaining

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry is required.
• 10–12 years of chemical raw materials sales experience with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of resins, solvents, additives, pigments and related materials.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Realize sales targets based on assigned customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical sales support including recommendations and formulations coordination.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with R&D and supply chain to align sales objectives and growth.
