Job summary

Brenntag in Dubai seeks a Business Manager to lead our chemical raw materials sales in the paints, coatings, inks, adhesives and construction chemicals sectors. You will guide revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build new opportunities with clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of sales experience in chemical raw materials, a chemical engineering or chemistry degree, strong knowledge of resins, solvents, pigments, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry is required.
• 10–12 years of sales experience in chemical raw materials, preferably for paints and coatings, with UAE/GCC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of resins, solvents, additives, pigments and related raw materials.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in UAE & GCC.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/annual growth in coatings and construction chemicals.

TTrychem is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our chemical raw materials sales team in Jafza, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have minimum 10-12 years of sales experience in the chemical raw materials industry for construction industry, with a strong technical background of Chemical Engineering. Additional experience of plastic industry will be preferred.

Business Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers in the paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and construction chemicals sectors along with related industry segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/annual sales growth and revenue targets in the coatings and construction chemicals market.
• Realizing sales targets based on the customers assigned.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers, manufacturers, and end-users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical sales support, including product recommendations, technical coordination on formulations, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with clients R&D and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with business objectives to drive growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts based on market intelligence, reports, and presentations for strategic decision making by senior management on regular basis.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and QSHE standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry is a must.
• Minimum10-12 years of sales experience in chemical raw materials, specifically in paints and coatings, adhesives, with traceable results in CASE & Construction, polymers, plastics chemicals industry around UAE & around.
• Strong knowledge of resins, solvents, additives, pigments, and other raw materials used in coatings and construction chemicals industry.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in UAE & GCC market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to travel within UAE.
