Job summary

Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, achieving targets, building long-term relationships, managing full lifecycle from lead to after-sales, and presenting forecasts to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience.
• Industry experience in Paint & Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives, Food, Fragrances, Flavors, Personal Care or Plastics preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence.
• Achieve sales targets and drive consistent business growth.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering suitable product solutions.
• Identify and understand ideal customers and how the company's products meet their requirements.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation and opportunity through to sales order, fulfilment, renewal and after-sales support.
• Promote the company and its products to new and existing customers.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management.
• Follow up on overdue payments and support timely collections.
