Job summary

SPT Middle East General Trading LLC seeks a senior sales professional with strong experience in Plastic Raw Material and/or industrial chemicals trading. The role involves expanding product lines, leveraging an established network, and growing the business across the UAE and GCC.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in related sales, with a track record in plastics, resins, or related chemicals, and the ability to identify and launch new product lines within a B2B trading model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in plastic raw materials or petrochemicals trading is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Evaluate, forecast, and generate marketing opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Scope, propose, and lead onboarding of new products or product categories that complement the current portfolio.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, providing support and guidance to expand the business.
• Regularly visit customers in the UAE and other GCC countries.
• Visit and grow relationships with Principals in Asia, the Far East, Europe, and the USA.
• Work across marketing, finance, operations, and purchasing functions.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and leadership skills.
