Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Senior Distribution Account Manager, META, based in Dubai, to lead the two-tier distribution channel across the region. You will own distributor relationships, recruit and enable VARs/MSSPs, and drive demand generation and pipeline through MDF/SPIFF programs.

You will collaborate with the Channel team, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure partner enablement and certification while guiding regional growth in cloud security and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
• 8+ years in distribution and/or partner management within a two-tier (2T) go-to-market model.
• Experience with VADs and reseller ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and SFDC forecast discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the two-tier distribution across the region, based in Dubai.
• Own the relationship with distributors and their reseller ecosystem, driving demand and transactions.
• Recruit and onboard two-tier partners (VARs/MSSPs) through distributors.
• Lead joint business planning with distributors and run QBRs, forecast the pipeline, and support regional sales teams.
• Drive distribution demand generation plans and enable partner programs and tools.
